Refund & Cancellation Policy

for Portrait Sessions and Prints

In the event of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen circumstance that prevents Alexandra Sasha Muller Photography from photographing on the scheduled date, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, the client’s deposit will be refunded in full.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to arrive at the scheduled time and date of the session.

Due to the nature of digital photography, Alexandra Sasha Muller Photography maintains a strict no-refund policy once digital images have been delivered. Once a transaction is complete—i.e., the client has selected and paid for a photo and it has been delivered—it is considered final and non-refundable.

If a client selects and pays for an incorrect image, they must contact Alexandra Sasha Muller Photography before the image is delivered. If an incorrect image is delivered in error (i.e., not the one listed on the invoice or order), the correct image will be sent free of charge.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including but not limited to:

• Disliking the selected photo(s)

• Selecting the wrong image and notifying us after delivery

• Changing your mind after final delivery

Policies on Prints & Products

All prints and products are subject to applicable state sales tax and shipping fees. Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final. Alexandra Sasha Muller Photography guarantees the quality of delivered prints and works closely with clients to approve all custom work before placing orders.

• Full payment is due at the time of order.

• Products are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks after payment is received.

• Rates and offerings are subject to change at any time.

Session Fee & Rescheduling

To secure your booking, the session fee must be paid in advance. This fee is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new date if rescheduling is requested at least 48 hours in advance. Special consideration will be made for maternity and newborn sessions.

Please note: The session fee does not include any images—prints or digital files must be purchased separately.

Refund/Exchange Policy for Custom Photo Books

Due to their custom-designed nature, photo books are non-refundable once an order is placed. This includes all custom albums, flush mount books, and coffee table books.

Exceptions are made only in the following circumstances:

• Manufacturer defects, reported within 48 hours of receiving the product

• Damage during shipping, which must also be reported within 48 hours and a separate claim filed with the shipping carrier

• Order errors, such as incorrect size, style, or color that does not match the original order specifications

Image Rights & Usage

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Alexandra Sasha Muller Photography retains full copyright and usage rights for all photographs taken. This includes the right to publish, post, display, or use the images for marketing, portfolio, website, print, and social media purposes.

If you prefer your images to remain private or unpublished, please notify the photographer prior to your session so that a written agreement can be arranged.
